Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead employee relations and ensure wage and hour compliance across operations. The role involves coaching supervisory staff on investigations, mediation, and corrective actions while aligning with labor laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and professional credentials (PHR/SPHR preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; professional interaction with employees and management
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Five years of related experience; PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the employee relations contact for day-to-day issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state Wage and Hour laws and OSHA.
