Job summary

Falcone Global Solutions, LLC, a division of Falcone Capital Holdings, LLC, is hiring a Human Resource Generalist for our Center City Philadelphia, PA Innovation Center. The role focuses on shaping employee experience, policy development, workforce planning, recruiting, and performance management.

You will partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with US employment laws, contributing to a strong workplace culture and organizational success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support manager coaching.
• Partner with leadership and legal on employee relations and HR practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across the USA.

Our goal is to offer unique end-to-end global supply chain services, with an eye for efficient movement of all in-house services. Functionally, we redefine the 3PL relationship by managing all of our customer's needs from sourcing to final delivery.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping the employee experience: from writing and improving company policies to supporting workforce planning, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the performance review process.
