Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established organization known for its collaborative culture and commitment to its employees. This well-rounded HR role offers exposure across HRIS administration, payroll support, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who collaborates with employees and leadership to support business objectives and delivers quality HR services in the Greater

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms, with UKG experience strongly preferred.
  • Background supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Experience managing recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to generate reports and analyze HR data.
  • Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization where multiple HR functions were supported is highly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or another HR certification is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer the organization’s HRIS, ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support payroll processing by partnering with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee communications.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting initiatives.
  • Maintain employee files while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Assist with annual performance review administration and other company HR programs.
