Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Lake Forest, CA.

In this role, you will support HR and administrative functions for U.S. operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and HR best practices. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including administrative support and HR compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Use HR software to manage payroll, employee benefits, and time management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including HRIS data.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support for employees in the U.S.
  • Coordinate the performance review process, including preparing documentation, tracking evaluations, and supporting follow-up actions.
  • Apply, administer and develop HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S employment standards and workplace regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace communications.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Maintain job descriptions, training records, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct exit interviews and assist in retention initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist management as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S employment laws, HR compliance, and workplace standards.
  • Familiarity with U.S. HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills English.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  • Knowledge U.S. immigration processes, including nonimmigrant visa coordination.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to support smooth office operations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and ability to generate and interpret HR metrics and reports.
