Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist for a 12-month contract in Kokomo, IN, onsite. You’ll support manufacturing operations through employee relations, lean initiatives, and data-driven decision making.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 1+ year HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Interaction with all levels of management and union officials is required, with some weekend shifts.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Human Resource Generalist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kokomo, IN (Onsite).

Job ID: 26-28770 Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Employment/Labor Relations/Manufacturing experience
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools in the context of employee development
• Analyze and utilize data to make decisions
• Experience with managing conflict and having difficult conversations
• Demonstrated ability to be approachable, able to communicate with all levels of employees, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong follow up, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Able to interact with all levels of management and Union officials to accomplish goals
• Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
