We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to support our locations in Elon, Whitsett, Conover, and Burlington, NC. This role involves acting as a liaison between HR and functional leadership to enhance business processes, promote a positive culture, and ensure employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and committed to fostering a productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Develop programs to improve employee relations.
3. Facilitate employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
4. Manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
5. Support employee development and motivation.
6. Handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism.
7. Provide HR metrics and reports to management.
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Travel locally between facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
