DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations for two hotel properties. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records while handling confidential information with professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, bilingual communication, and compliance with employment laws. Prior ADP/HRIS experience and hospitality exposure are a plus, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of I-9 forms and new-hire paperwork.

Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is properly organized.

Training & Employee Development

Coordinate new-hire orientation and required employee trainings.

Assist with tracking mandatory training and policy acknowledgments.

Support employee recognition programs and hotel engagement activities.

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Experience with ADP or other HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
