About Job

The People Services Generalist at Rogers‑O’Brien Construction serves as the operational backbone of the People Services team. This role is instrumental in managing both transactional and complex human resource functions, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to retirement. As part of the People Services team, the Generalist supports various HR functions including new hire orientation, benefits administration, employee services, and compliance. Working closely with the People Service Director and other team members, the People Services Generalist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR projects, and improving processes. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing HR needs and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
