Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a proactive HR Coordinator to support onboarding, employee records, recruitment, and policy guidance in a manufacturing setting. You will handle HR transactions, assist with benefits, and ensure compliance across our sites in Nevada and surrounding regions.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Workday experience and knowledge of CA/NV employment laws are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years HR experience in manufacturing/tech/distribution high-volume workforce.
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS with high accuracy.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Human Resources operations across our manufacturing and corporate environments. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation activities.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and job postings.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, timekeeping, and procedures.
  • Process employment changes, status updates, terminations, and HR transactions.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment activities, and leave-of-absence processes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits, workforce metrics, and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with managers and HR leadership to support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources, People Operations, or HR administrative experience.
  • Manufacturing, technology, distribution, or high-volume workforce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of California and Nevada employment laws.
  • Experience with onboarding, employee relations support, and HR compliance activities.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple locations.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in an onsite manufacturing environment with frequent interaction with employees, supervisors, and business leaders. Occasional travel between facilities may be required.
