Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage the HRIS system, support HR processes, and provide data-driven insights. The role collaborates with HR staff to implement solutions, ensures data integrity, and supports onboarding, reporting, and payroll administration.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HRIS experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Has primary accountability for the administration of the HRIS system, working closely with key staff members to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support effective technology solutions for HR processes. Provides administrative support to the HR department.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekends, or holidays.
