FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) seeks a Human Centered Design Expert to support the HHS Office of Minority Health in making materials accessible to LEP communities. You will leverage human-centered design to promote health priorities, improve communication, and empower LEP Americans to access HHS OMH information.

As a Human Centered Design Expert, you will help the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Minority Health (OMH) to meet its mission of providing national leadership, resources, and coordination to improve the health of racial and ethnic minority populations and American Indians and Alaska Natives and to eliminate health disparities. You will use your human-centered design knowledge, skills, and abilities to produce materials that are more accessible to limited English proficiency (LEP) communities, helping HHS OMH to promote programs, initiatives and administration health priorities, empowering LEP communities to access HHS OMH materials independently, and making them more informed about important health and wellness issues. Join FWI in helping HHS OHM to communicate with LEP communities more effectively, thereby improving the health and wellness of millions of LEP Americans.
