MSP Airport is hiring a Warehouse Driver Associate in Eagan, MN to deliver items from our warehouse to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and employee discounts across all brands.

Required qualifications include 1+ year experience driving box trucks (24-26 ft), a valid driver's license, strong communication and scheduling skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition and tire pressure.
• Loads truck by ordering, placing, and securing items.
• Delivers items to airport terminals and maintains delivery schedules.
• Pulls replenishment orders in the warehouse.
• Delivers warehouse products to stores and stocks beverages/snacks.
• Maintains truck operation via preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensures safety and clean appearance per policies and regulations.
• Maintains delivery and driving records with receipts and logs.
• Participates in training to update job knowledge.

Your Team is counting on you as a Warehouse Driver to:

Provide flexibility to work any shift, early morning, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

Work a Full -Time schedule

Warehouse Driver Associate Key Responsibilities:

Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, and validating adherence to road ability standards

Loads truck by ordering, placing, and securing items

Delivers items by identifying destinations, operating the truck, unloading items, and maintaining the schedule to the airport terminals

Pulling replenishment orders in the warehouse

Delivering the warehouse product to the stores

Stocking drinks and snacks in the stores

Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer\'s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and obtaining/scheduling required repairs

Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior

Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms

Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities

Required Qualifications:

1. 1+ year experience driving box trucks (24"-26" ft)
2. A valid state driver’s license with an excellent driving record is required, No CDL required
3. Good communication and data entry skills
4. Strong scheduling and travel logistics skills
5. Be customer focused and deadline-oriented
6. Acute vision
7. Ability to continually lift, lower, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
8. Ability to continuously stand and walk long distances for 6-8 hours
9. Ability to work flexible hours: early mornings-weekends-holidays and in a fast paced environment
10. Be dependable and punctual
11. Be able to successfully clear a FBI fingerprint based criminal history records check
12. Previous experience in a warehouse environment
13. High School Diploma or equivalent
