Job summary

Auberge Collection seeks a Nature Guide for Wildflower Farms in the Hudson Valley. You will lead hikes, host nature-based activations, and translate local flora and history into engaging classes and daily experiences for guests.

Work closely with the Head Farmer and Experiences team to create seasonal programming, manage supplies, and deliver immersive, land-forward guest experiences that embody the Soul of the Place.

Qualifications

• Naturalist, outdoor guiding, or park/conservation experience with strong knowledge of regional flora, fauna, and ecology.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided hikes, walks, and treks across the property and surrounding trails, 5x/week.
• Host a complimentary nature-based activation 5x/week (e.g., foraging walk, birding session, flower foraging & arranging).
• Support group and private experience requests, including custom route/format input as needed.
• Activate seasonal nature programming and refresh offerings with migratory patterns and bloom cycles.
• Partner with Experiences team to develop new activation concepts such as stargazing and garden-based programming.
