Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection in New York’s Hudson Valley seeks an Experiences Chef to lead culinary programming across the property. You’ll teach hands-on classes, host daily activations, and weave farm ingredients into seasonal storytelling for guests.

The role blends high-end hospitality with culinary expertise, collaborating with the Experiences, Culinary, and Farm teams, managing sourcing, budgets, and guest experiences, including VIP touches and personalized moments.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef-level experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality properties.
• Guest-facing teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Farm or farm-to-table kitchen experience considered.
• Existing relationships with local purveyors a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culinary-minded class 5x/week.
• Host a complimentary culinary activation 5x/week.
• Support group and private experience requests with menu/format input.
