Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations (PBS8) to implement HUD PBS8 programs across our portfolio. You will ensure timely monthly housing assistance payments, manage HUD and Rural Development submissions, and support MOR/REAC audits.

As a subject‑matter expert, you will train teams corporate-wide and on-site, coordinating with Compliance and Accounting to maintain program integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HUD programs experience with strong Section 8 background.
• Experience submitting HAP Voucher payments via TRACS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• COS and STAR designation required; commitment to ongoing HUD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HUD PBS8 compliance, monthly housing payments, and TRACS submissions.
• Coordinate MOR and REAC audits, prepare required information and responses.
• Train staff on HUD forms, procedures, and updates across sites.
• Support onboarding for new developments and manage resident ledger adjustments.
