CRM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with HUD experience and 2-5 years of prior experience to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The role supports the Community Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth community running and excellent resident service.

Must obtain COS or enroll in a HUD certification course within 90 days of hire. Responsibilities include budgeting, responding to inquiries, planning events, tours, and leasing support, plus reporting and administration.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager
• HUD experience is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's budget and financials
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the planning and execution of community events and activities
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
• Ensure that the community is well-maintained and that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly
• Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed
