Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for HUD/LIHTC properties to support the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for the assigned residential property.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with compensation at $25–$33.64 per hour plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ property management industry experience and HUD/LIHTC experience.
• OneSite or other property management software experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
• Assist with management of property maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Manage and monitor rental collection and ensure timely payments and proper notices.
• Manage, create, and monitor marketing activities to understand occupancy and income.
