Progress Foundation seeks a Temporary Housing Associate to oversee administrative functions for permanent housing programs and HUD compliance. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage HUD deadlines, vouchers, TRACS, and EIV while coordinating with tenants and staff.

You will supervise part-time Resident Managers and handle annual recertifications, income changes, and waiting lists. The position requires strong detail, organization, and independent work abilities in a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; HUD housing experience may substitute.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and independently.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HUD/Yardi tools.

Mansioni

• Manage HUD and regulatory reporting for housing programs.
• Prepare HUD vouchers, TRACS submissions, and subsidy records.
• Generate and review EIV reports and maintain reporting calendars.
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and staff to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Oversee on-site Resident Managers and supervise part-time staff.
• Maintain housing program records, including rent receipts and deposits.
• Submit local housing reports and assist audits.
