All Star Incentives™ in Sturbridge, MA is seeking a Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist to own HubSpot workflows, website, campaigns, and reporting. You will connect marketing and sales systems, produce campaigns, and ensure data quality while delivering engaging content.

The role blends marketing tech, web production, video, and analytics, reporting to the VP Marketing. A strong background in HubSpot, HTML/CSS, WordPress, SEO, and video tooling is essential; hybrid work model offered with

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations or web production.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lists, forms, email, AI tools, landing pages and reporting.
• HTML/CSS skills for responsive emails and pages; WordPress experience.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience managing an outside agency or vendor against deliverables and deadlines.
• Video editing in Premiere Pro/After Effects and image editing in Photoshop.
• Clear writing and ability to explain technical results to non-technical people.
• Strong project tracking, risk flagging and disciplined delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot portal: workflows, lists, forms, lead routing, and data quality.
• Build, code, test and launch emails, newsletters, landing pages and surveys.
• Maintain the website and manage SEO/AEO agency relationships.
• Edit and produce videos and motion graphics for campaigns and training.
• Turn analytics into actionable findings and recommendations.
