Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist. You will build, test, and run email and SMS campaigns and customer workflows within the Marketing Hub, turning strategies into automated programs for nurture, post-sale, and re-engagement.

You’ll lead segmentation, landing pages, and reporting while optimizing deliverability and campaign performance to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, data analytics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
• 2+ years in lead-generation with home services preferred.
• Proven email marketing and automation track record (workflows, A/B testing, reporting).
• Experience building complex, branching workflows and integrating email + SMS.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle stages and lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and run email and SMS campaigns and customer workflows.
• Create multi-stage automated workflows in HubSpot and maintain templates.
• Segment lists, manage database hygiene, and ensure compliant targeting.
• Develop landing pages and forms for campaigns and events.
• Execute A/B tests and monitor metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Design lead scoring models and lifecycle automations for clean MQL handoffs.
