Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead email and SMS campaigns and customer workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub. You’ll build, test, and optimize multi-step automations to engage audiences and drive measurable results.

You will manage segmentation, lead scoring, landing pages, and reporting, ensuring campaigns are compliant and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong email marketing, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience building complex workflows and integrating email + SMS communications.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and run multi-stage automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Develop and optimize email and SMS nurture campaigns.
• Manage segmentation, lists, and data hygiene for compliant targeting.
• Create landing pages/forms and maintain templates and dynamic content.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
