Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with focus on marketing automation, campaigns, CRM or digital advertising.
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for business marketing and prospecting.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot configurations, user support and data integrity.
• Develop, execute and analyze email marketing campaigns to support engagement and lead generation.
• Maintain marketing data in HubSpot and connected CRMs for accuracy.
• Create and optimize marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Build and optimize forms, landing pages and conversion paths.
• Plan, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and others).
• Collaborate with eCommerce and Product teams on launches and promotions.
• Support demand generation with campaign execution, lead routing and reporting.
• Assist with integration of marketing automation and CRM systems to support sales objectives.
