Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS.
• Experience building marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM data, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can balance strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and CMS.
• Build and manage workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and execute email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Manage website content and optimization, including landing pages, forms, SEO, and conversion improvements.
• Monitor marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Partner with sales and leadership on lead generation, sales enablement, outbound campaigns, and account‑based marketing.
• Create and manage marketing content, presentations, social media, email campaigns, and other sales/marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, analytics, and approved AI tools.
