Job summary

Cin7, a fast-growing inventory management software company, is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own email creation in HubSpot and drive campaigns across prospects, customers, and partners.

You'll build, test, and schedule emails, manage lists, run A/B tests, analyze metrics, and ensure deliverability while maintaining Cin7 brand standards. Remote-friendly role with a collaborative team across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building and sending emails in HubSpot.
• Experience building and segmenting lists in HubSpot.
• Experience running A/B tests and using results to improve future emails.
• Ability to read email metrics and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Basic understanding of HubSpot workflows (enrolling contacts, automated emails).
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with Canva.
• Experience using project tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, keep calendars on track, meet deadlines.
• Clear, friendly communication across time zones.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including AI-powered tools.
• Nice to have: HubSpot certifications, basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting, GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own email creation in HubSpot, building emails from templates and modules.
• Build and segment lists to target the right audiences.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs.
• Analyze open, click, and unsubscribe metrics to guide improvements.
• Maintain the email calendar and scheduling across teams.
• Manage email approval workflow to ensure on-time sending.
• Maintain marketing inbox oversight and respond to email inquiries.
• Test every email for links, merge fields, and rendering across devices.
• Turn briefs into finished emails with copy, images, and calls to action.
• Create basic graphics in Canva and hand off larger designs to the designer.
• Keep email assets organized for reuse.
• Follow email best practices and privacy rules (unsubscribe handling, consent).
