Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Data Engineer-II contractor to design and build the data foundation for B2B marketing in HubSpot. You will own the HubSpot data model, load data from warehouse, and maintain syncs to HubSpot while ensuring data quality and governance. The role is remote, 6 months, and pays $65 per hour (USD).

You will collaborate with the Campaign Architect on Iterable-to-HubSpot migrations and define properties, events, and associations to support marketing campaigns and targeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering with marketing operations exposure.
• Designed HubSpot data models with custom objects and relationships.
• Advanced SQL for profiling, transforming, and validating data in Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot data model design, including objects, custom objects, and many-to-many associations.
• Document design decisions and source-of-truth tables with refresh schedules.
• Build and maintain data syncs from warehouse into HubSpot using Hightouch or native integrations.
• Map source fields to HubSpot properties and define keys, deduplication rules, and update logic.
• Monitor sync health and set up alerts for failures and schema changes.
• Ensure end-to-end data quality, including deduplication and enrichment.
• Move Iterable attributes, events, and subscription status into HubSpot.
