• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
• Strong spreadsheet, analytical, and communication skills, translating status into clear next actions.
• Track record building scalable processes and supporting customers, partners, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across sales, customer operations, rebates, and installations.
• Own HubSpot administration: data quality, reporting, dashboards, pipeline configuration, workflows, automations, and user support.
• Manage end-to-end rebate processes with power companies and service affiliates; applications, approvals, documentation, and reimbursements.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for customers and installers by phone and email, documenting issues and coordinating resolution.
• Schedule installations across installer partner network, balancing customer availability, installer capacity, geography, and equipment readiness.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet trackers, project plans, and operating dashboards.
• Document repeatable processes and identify ways to reduce manual work and prevent handoffs.
