Job summary

Cordance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own HubSpot administration across CRM and marketing, while translating business needs into scalable system solutions. You will map data movement across Cordance's CRM, ERP, and data platforms, and work with stakeholders to define requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business systems, CRM administration, revenue systems, or related role.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot administration across CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience mapping data flows, integrations, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
• Ability to compile requirements into clear documentation, user stories, or tickets.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable with stakeholders and leaders.
• Willingness to work US business hours in a remote environment.
• Experience in multi-entity, private-equity-backed, or B2B SaaS contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration across CRM and marketing activities.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and reliable processes.
• Understand data movement across CRM, quote-to-cash, ERP, and data platforms.
• Assess downstream impacts, risks, and data-quality across connected systems.
• Gather requirements and document them as user stories and actionable tickets.
