Job summary

Zekelman Industries seeks a detail-oriented HubSpot Business Analyst to support and optimize our HubSpot CRM environment. This remote role will serve as a key liaison between business users and technology, helping drive adoption, improve processes, and ensure our HubSpot platform effectively supports business objectives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering and supporting HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub/Marketing Hub administration or CRM support experience.
• Experience administering and configuring CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong end-user support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Knowledge of CRM governance, data management, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot users and address system questions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, workflows, pipelines, reports, dashboards, and data quality.
• Configure HubSpot including properties, workflows, forms, lists, and reports.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions and improvements.
• Coordinate UAT and document outcomes.
• Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to promote adoption of HubSpot tools.
