Hightower in Chicago is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to act as the expert for marketing automation, collaborating with advisor teams and stakeholders to optimize email marketing, workflows, reporting, and system performance.

You will manage roles/access, build templates, tailor emails, and lead workflows. A strong background in HubSpot, marketing concepts, and data analysis is required; this role offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering HubSpot or related role.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficiency with data analysis.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage roles and system access in HubSpot and add new accounts/business units as needed.
• Oversee email health and deliverability; create templates and help advisors tailor emails to brands.
• Create and implement workflows for advisor brands; monitor performance and ensure proper setup.
• Provide training and onboarding to new advisor teams and liaise with HubSpot Enterprise Customer Success.
