Job summary

UPS is seeking a frontline supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance standards. The role requires strong leadership to maintain high performance and effective cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety policy compliance, resource management, and delivering continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalence is preferred, with management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs. is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing involvement and communication.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation, training, and coaching to department personnel.
• Ensure ongoing safety compliance across the department.
