Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop teams, and ensure safety, productivity and attendance standards are met. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and adherence to OSHA requirements in a busy warehouse setting. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, up to five days a week.

U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide innovative leadership and cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment across all levels.
• Implement development plans and ensure orientation, skills and safety training are provided.
