Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity and attendance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility for up to five workdays per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or have legal work authorization.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week with variable shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold teams accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and organization.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements; coach for growth.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and performance.
