Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all employees at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, evaluations and coaching for staff.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
