Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week and strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalence is preferred; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Lead with proactive coaching and foster a collaborative, safe work environment.
