Lanter Delivery Systems is seeking a Hub Support Manager in Aurora, CO to lead hub administrative and operational support functions, ensuring accurate reporting and responsive customer service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or related ops, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in logistics/transport/ warehousing or related ops, incl. 2+ years in admin/ops support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication for internal/external customers.
• On-site work schedule aligned with hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hub’s day-to-day administrative and support functions, ensuring accurate and timely work.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational and customer reports, including KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per procedures and retention requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate information flow among hub leadership, operations,customer service, and partners.
• Monitor workflows and deadlines, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop/maintain SOPs, work instructions, and job aids for hub support processes.
• Identify/improve reporting and documentation workflows with hub leadership.
• Support safety, quality, and compliance by maintaining documentation and escalating concerns.
• Train and coach assigned support team members and support performance development.
