Job summary

Lanter Delivery Systems is seeking a Hub Support Manager in Aurora, CO to lead the hub’s administrative and operational support functions. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hub’s day-to-day administrative and support functions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational and customer reports, including KPIs and service exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, logs and documentation per company procedures.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers, providing timely updates and escalation as needed.
  • Coordinate information flow among hub leadership, operations, customer service, and partners.
  • Monitor workflows, investigate discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions for service quality.
  • Develop and reinforce standard operating procedures and job aids for hub support processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting, documentation, and workflows with hub leadership.
  • Support safety, quality and compliance by maintaining documentation and escalating concerns.
  • Train and coach assigned team members, setting priorities and supporting performance.

Position Summary:

The Hub Support Manager leads the hub’s administrative and operational support functions, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, customer service, and communication. Serving as a key connection point among hub operations, internal business partners, and customers, this role monitors support processes, resolves or escalates issues, reinforces consistent procedures, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Through responsive service and reliable operational support, the manager helps hub leaders and frontline teams operate safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Key Deliverables:

  • Oversee the hub’s day-to-day administrative and support functions, ensuring assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational and customer reports, including key performance indicators, service exceptions, and required follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, logs, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable retention requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing timely updates and ensuring questions, concerns, and service issues are resolved or appropriately escalated.
  • Coordinate the flow of information among hub leadership, operations teams, customer service, transportation partners, and other internal departments.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines, investigate discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are completed to support service quality and operational continuity.
  • Develop, maintain, and reinforce standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job aids for hub support processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting, documentation, communication, and administrative workflows in partnership with hub leadership.
  • Support safety, quality, and compliance initiatives by maintaining required documentation, communicating expectations, and promptly escalating concerns.
  • Train, coach, and guide assigned support team members by setting priorities, monitoring work quality, and supporting performance and development.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related operational environment, including at least two years in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create and maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and business communications.
  • Ability to interpret operational information, identify discrepancies, and communicate clear, organized findings to the appropriate audience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide responsive service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve issues independently and elevate matters appropriately.
  • Ability to work on site on a schedule aligned with hub operations and adjust working hours based on business needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, business, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, including training, coaching, or directing the work of others.
  • Experience with transportation management, warehouse management, freight-tracking, scanning, or other logistics systems.
  • Experience developing operational reports, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining standard operating procedures, or supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience resolving customer service escalations in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities, which may include providing guidance, support, and oversight to assigned team members.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule requires flexibility based on business needs, and some weekend work may be required.

Travel:

This position may require up to 10% travel.

This job operates in a warehouse or operations environment. The role may routinely involve working near moving equipment, warehouse traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and other conditions commonly found in a logistics or distribution setting. The team member may be required to use job-related tools, equipment, technology, or systems necessary to perform the essential functions of the role.

Physical Demands:

The team member may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, lift, carry, communicate verbally and in writing, use job-related tools or equipment, and lift at least 15 pounds at a time.
