Position Summary:
The Hub Support Manager leads the hub’s administrative and operational support functions, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, customer service, and communication. Serving as a key connection point among hub operations, internal business partners, and customers, this role monitors support processes, resolves or escalates issues, reinforces consistent procedures, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Through responsive service and reliable operational support, the manager helps hub leaders and frontline teams operate safely and efficiently.

This position has supervisory responsibilities, which may include providing guidance, support, and oversight to assigned team members.
This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule requires flexibility based on business needs, and some weekend work may be required.
This position may require up to 10% travel.
This job operates in a warehouse or operations environment. The role may routinely involve working near moving equipment, warehouse traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and other conditions commonly found in a logistics or distribution setting. The team member may be required to use job‑related tools, equipment, technology, or systems necessary to perform the essential functions of the role.
Physical Demands:
The team member may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, lift, carry, communicate verbally and in writing, use job‑related tools or equipment, and lift at least 15 pounds at a time.
