Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate relations across all levels of personnel in the organization.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensure all department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and regular evaluations.
