Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Hub Supervisor for our Transportation department in Newark, CA. The role oversees daily HUB operations, directs staff, and ensures timely merchandise deliveries to stores while maintaining safety and security standards.

The position requires hands-on leadership, coordination of drivers and dock staff, and ongoing problem-solving to optimize routes and performance metrics within a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class A or Class B CDL preferred) or equivalent.
• Clear driving record with no major violations in past 3 years.
• Experience supervising a team in a logistics/distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries to the stores.
• Direct daily activities of HUB personnel.
• Help HUB employees receive, process, load, and unload merchandise and freight.
• Drive HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores.
• Pack and ship merchandise as required.
• Adjust HUB routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Review performance metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain security and safety of merchandise, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide regular communication and feedback to staff.
