Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or shipping environment, preferably within LTL.
• Familiar with customs and cross-border transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations for designated section of the terminal dock.
• Manage loading, forklift traffic, and palletized freight sorting.
• Direct up to 30 drivers and dock staff to meet production schedules.
• Ensure safety and DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Monitor hours, overtime, and quality standards.
