Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Hub Supervisor to lead the Transportation hub, coordinating daily activities, processing merchandise, and driving routes to stores.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in data, and efficient logistics operations across a fast-paced distribution center. The successful candidate will manage HUB personnel, monitor metrics, and ensure secure handling of all goods while maintaining strong communication with store operations and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving/operational supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT considerations as applicable.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries to stores and hub operations.
• Direct daily activities of HUB personnel.
• Drive HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores.
• Scan drivers’ logs and tuxedo manifests.
• Reconcile data entry errors and transfer discrepancies.
• Review financial metrics for the HUB.
• Maintain security of merchandise, equipment, and tools.
• Provide regular communication to management and staff.
