Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-oriented supervisor to lead Package Handlers at our Greensboro facility. You will train workgroups, enforce safety standards, and drive productivity and accuracy across shifts.

This permanent full-time role requires strong communication, crew leadership, and the ability to manage staffing, coaching, and OSHA compliance while upholding UPS's values and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and train workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement and develop personal development plans for staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and safety policies.
