Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Package Handlers and train/develop workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Provide coaching and development plans to staff for ongoing growth.
