Responsibilities

• Supervise city delivery dispatcher(s), hub delivery specialists and other hub team members.
• Oversee accuracy and customer service for city delivery service functions.
• Work with dispatchers to ensure products are invoiced to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Ensure hub stockers and related personnel record checks and orders accurately.
• Minimize shrinkage and theft through proper controls and paperwork.
• Oversee hub delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with delivery policies.
• Manage hub expenses to maximize profitability; maintain organized hub area.
• Schedule and coordinate hub staff coverage within payroll budget.
• Maintain monthly work schedules and attendance per policy.
• Monitor route delays with stores on the route and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with store managers to cover routes and ensure vehicle maintenance.
• Provide input on performance for evaluations; participate in hiring and training.
