Responsibilities

• Serve as supervisor for hub operations and team members.
• Oversee city delivery dispatchers and hub delivery specialists.
• Ensure proper invoicing of products to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain hub stock areas and ensure accurate stock handling.
• Monitor routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving practices and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with store managers on coverage and vehicle maintenance.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
