Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a HUB Operations Manager in Commerce, CA to lead day-to-day warehousing operations, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team. The role requires overseeing personnel, processes, and culture to deliver reliable last-mile services.

The position offers a robust benefits package and requires 5+ years of management experience, including last-mile or small parcel exposure, with a strong emphasis on vendor and contractor negotiations.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred in logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with 2 in a similar industry.
• Experience with last-mile or small parcel operations is highly desired.
• Ability to manage, negotiate with vendors/ICs, and lead a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production and financial aspects of services.
• Plan, budget, and align operations with corporate goals.
• Regularly evaluate operations and report results to leadership.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and manage relationships with Vendors and ICs.
