Job summary

UPS is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise Package Handlers and develop teams focused on safety, productivity and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and communication while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has management experience, a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent and management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating safety, production and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Provides leadership and fosters relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, OSHA requirements, and company procedures.
