Job summary

The role includes pre-operation checks, sorting/loading, and post-operation tasks, with potential supervision of administrative staff; base pay ranges from $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, with eligibility for annual incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Pay range reflects base hourly wage and varies by market location and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and package handlers to ensure safety and timely completion of duties.
• Oversee processing of outbound parcels at hub facilities.
• Conduct pre-operation checks, manage sorting and loading operations, and perform post-operation functions.
• Ensure outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time.
• May supervise administrative or clerical staff, unload/load/sort/car wash operations.
