Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, and lead HUB team members including HUB Inventory Specialist and Hub Drivers.

You will coordinate with store leadership, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely parts sourcing, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or logistics environments.
• Ability to lead and develop frontline HUB staff.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUB operations and timely resolution of HUB orders.
• Direct HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and HUB Inventory Specialist).
• Coordinate with stores, drivers, and suppliers for parts sourcing and logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to policies.
