Responsibilities

• Serve as supervisor responsible for managing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service for all city delivery service functions.
• Work with city delivery dispatcher to ensure product is properly invoiced to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct in a timely manner.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Ensure proper shrinkage controls and minimize theft and paperwork shortages.
• Oversee delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage all hub side expenses and maintain safe driving practices and policy compliance.
• Keep hub area organized by area/bin for each spoke store and schedule staff accordingly.
• Ensure payroll and clock-in/out compliance per company policy.
• Coordinate with store manager to cover routes in supervisor absences and ensure vehicle maintenance and inspections.
